WHAT TO BRING:

• Pencils, pens, paper, ideas, creativity and inspiration
• 5 copies of your draft
  (8 or more participants will break into reviewer groups)
  (if not workshopping, bring your ideas & editor’s hat)
  • no more than 10 pages of prose (excerpt), please, per meeting
    (large projects such as novels, non-fiction books, plays  and screenplays benefit from a one-page treatment as well)
  • double space, except for poetry
  • number pages top right
  • copy or print front/back to save trees
  • poets, number your lines to help workshoppers refer to your text.
    (Word has automatic line numbering under Page Layout | Line Numbers — just highlight the poem text and apply)
